Hello, beautiful, magical friend. Welcome back to another biz tip Thursday, another short sweet episode of the podcast where I Lindsay Dollinger share something with you to help you move your business forward. Um it might be something that you've heard before. I never claimed that anything is brand spanking new, but it's probably a reminder that like I could do this or I need to do this or I've known about this and haven't implemented this in a really long time, maybe I should try that. So one thing that has been coming up on my client cause this week is the idea of content creation and I feel like this is definitely something that all of us at some point in time are like, I don't know what to post. You know, like you're just losing the inspiration or the thoughts aren't coming to you. And one thing that I like to do is create content around questions, problems, issues. Um, maybe even like wins. I mean that's kind of another separate category. I feel like that's more like testimonials, but things that have been asked for me or things that have been said to me that leave me wondering like why do they think that? Um, and I've had that have come up twice this week, one with a woman I worked with, who is a tutor. And she had sent me a message about dealing with one of her parents and her, she was a little bit taken back. I think because the parent was not like sure of why her prices were her prices. They were working out some sort of an exchange of services. I don't know all the details or don't remember all the details rather, but the details aren't important here. The thing was that the parent was kind of questioning where these prices were coming from and like I told my client it's completely neutral. But that is a great sign that we get to educate this parent. And I bet if this parent is having these questions, then there are other people wondering the same thing that are either looking at your material on social or on your website or whatnot. And also wondering like, hey, I wonder where, you know, where these come up or not even pricing, but I wonder what exactly goes into a building a class for my students because this particular client, this particular, she's a math coach and she does so much more than just pulling out and already done for you curriculum following it and then getting off a call or a session with a client. Like she spends a lot of time like most teachers prepping in advance, you know, reviewing things afterwards, making sure to send follow up emails to our client then during the sessions one, they are not already done for you sessions. There are things that she has tweaking as she goes along and she's seeing that a kid is struggling in this area. So they're going to do more with that or they're getting this area. So they're moving on. You know, it's, it's very, I don't even know what the word is, but very hands on, very personalized, very individualized, customized all those ized words. And when I was talking with her about that, she was like, oh yeah, that's a great point. I haven't necessarily pointed out all those features of my class. So that is just one idea and I was like, well, hey, we get to make some content about this, like we get to make some reels or some posts and carousel, some stories, you know, even behind the scenes stories like this is me customizing a student's lesson that's coming up, here's some things that I do. And so that's just one example in 11 niche and their examples in all of it.
And I, when I was in a network marketing, did this a lot with content creation. I would list out The 10 most commonly heard, I guess maybe objections to joining my team or maybe thoughts or maybe reasons why people joined my team because I'll be honest for me, especially when I got started, the reasons that I joined were completely monetary. Like I wanted extra income as a teacher, but also I wanted a community that I really vibe with because I have straight up left companies because I did not vibe with either the team I was on and or the actual company itself. I think both aspects are really important in network marketing. So like those are my reasons, but I know some people joined for the different incentives, some people joined way more for the community and not at all for the money. And so when I wrote out the list of reasons why people joined, it was really easy for me to make content a little bit around all of them. So I was kind of hitting everybody's, I don't want to say pain point. I don't like the pain, the pleasure point of everyone. Um and I have had people join my team specifically because they were like, did you just won a trip to Mexico? I'm like, well I didn't really win it, I earned it. But yes, I did. And so I was posting about that and sharing my story and my journey along the way, same deal for you. You know, what, what do you find that people are coming to you asking or saying or maybe you're reading on other people's posts and their comments and those are 100% super easy. Things that you can create content for and do it. Hopefully pretty easily if it is something that is in your niche that you have experienced and if it's, if it's feeling not easy, like it's always going to feel a little uncomfortable at first, you know, creating content, showing up, putting yourself out there, keeping showing up when you're not getting likes and comments and followers and all that. But if it's feeling like really like I'm sitting down to write this post about uh you know, winning a trip, earning, keep saying winning earning a trip and you know, you get halfway through and you're like, this is feeling really weird, reach out to someone and have them proof read go through it, but I want you to get out of your head and just start putting out that content and seeing what is attracting people to you, you know, make out that list here, 10 questions that I got asked recently that I could create content around, you don't have to say people's names, you know, you don't have to go into specifics or anything like that, it can be pretty easy to make it like generalized, but I guarantee if someone is talking to you about it or has a question about it, that there are other people that are watching you that also want to know more. So I hope that helps you with some content creation. Once I sat down and really grasp this idea and I was able to make lists like left and right. Here's 10 product questions, Here's 10 services questions. Here's 10, join my team questions, here's 10 and it was super, super helpful for that content creation and then I just cycled through them, right? I did one about my product, I did one about a service, I did one about maybe the industry as a whole, you know, and you can get in a really easy pattern super quickly.
