Welcome back to The Purpose and Pixie Dust podcast. My name is Lindsey Dillinger and I'm super excited to bring you another solo episode this week and it is one that I know I have talked about this a lot on this show in the past, and I know that because actually someone just sent me a message and said, Hey, I know you talk about masterminds all the time.

I want to ask you a few more questions about what a mastermind is, because if you have not seen I literally just opened the doors to my first ever mastermind group. It is called the Confident and Ambitious Mastermind. So CAM for short, which I kind of love that it has some sort of acronym that I can make because that's kind of a long name. But basically what I have done is taken bits and pieces from my experience growing my business, from literally nothing in network marketing and travel, blogging and affiliate marketing and how I grew them to be in the top less than 1% in my network marketing business. And then also eventually how I ended up pivoting into coaching, providing services, providing different packages, providing products that were my own. So my planner and tracker that I created in addition to courses, my membership podcast mastermind, now all of the things. And so I'm taking bits and pieces of my journey, all the things that I have learned and also the parts of masterminds and memberships and group coaching that I have been a part of all those parts that I really, really loved.

- And I'm meshing them and creating something that is truly my own. So I am so excited to invite you into this space, and I wanted to take an opportunity to really explain what a mastermind is and the benefits of joining one, specifically what my mastermind is, because I do think masterminds look different depending on who is running them. You know what they're expectations are, how they set up their program, the length of the mastermind. All of that can vary. So if you're an ambitious entrepreneur seeking to uplevel your business and achieve that success, that seems beyond your wildest dreams. But we both know that it's possible because we have seen other people do it. So it's 100% possible. Then a high level mastermind might just be the missing piece in your puzzle. So here's five benefits that I'm outlining today of why you should become a member of a mastermind. The first one, and these are in no particular order you guys know, I always like to say that with lists because sometimes when we're looking at lists, you know, number one is most important or the last one's most important.

 I really think these are equally important depending on where you are at in your business and what you are truly seeking. But the first one is accelerated growth. And if you were on Mermaid School School of Influence that I just had, it was a free three night event that I had, which actually is not going to be free anymore. I'm packaging it up and you will be able to buy the replace for those. So stay tuned on how to do that. If you were not able to catch it when it was free. I got so much good feedback from it and I'm like, Dude, I need to be charging for all of this value that I'm giving away. But anyway, if you were on the last call of that last night, we started talking about how in a mastermind setting, one of the things that is absolutely my favorite is how I have been able to collapse time. And what that means is say you're starting where your business is at right now today, like on a timeline. And so that is like the furthest left point.

I like to view it as without a mastermind, without the support, without the right strategies and skills and accountability to get to whatever the goal is, X, Y, Z goal. It might take two, three, four, five years, ten years. ET cetera. But with a mastermind, when you are surrounding yourself with this collective wisdom of not only myself is your coach and mentor, but everyone else that is in the group where we can come together and share insight and strategies and experiences and using that shared knowledge and that feedback, you're really going to be able to fast track your business growth, saving you time and resources in the long run, which I don't know about you, but I'm all about saving time and saving resources and saving money. So instead of, you know, having a freebie that you've downloaded here and going to 29 different master classes with different coaches and different, you know, people influencing you and everyone has a different strategy and a different way to do it and getting confused.

So you're not doing anything. The mastermind allows you one container where you are going, where you are showing up with the same group of people supporting you for a set period of time. And so mine is going to be nine months after that. Nine months you can renew on a on a rolling basis like a monthly or a yearly basis. But for right now, the commitment is August through May. And essentially what we're doing is we're collapsing time, we're shrinking your timeline. So something that, for example, could take you ten years, we are going to get done even quicker. So that accelerated growth is something that I myself have have experience. And I'm so excited to help you experience that as well. A next benefit of joining a mastermind is just simply that access to expertise. So not only having me as your coach and mentor, but having that direct access to me weekly on these calls. But also within our Facebook group, you will have access to a business course that I'm creating that I am so excited about, and I don't even really want to call it a course because in my mind it is not something that needs to be done linearly.

 It's a hard word to say literally, but it's more like, and if you watched my video on Facebook about what the idea is with this mastermind, it is that I will be creating a business buffet. So think of you going to like a buffet restaurant and you get to pick and choose, you know, the things that you really need, the things that you really want right now in your business so that you don't have to start at the beginning. You don't have to get content dripped out. You will have access to all of it as I am creating it this year and you will have lifetime access to that even after your time in the Mastermind is up. Whether or not you choose to renew, you will still have access to that business course and that is as of right now, July 2023, when I'm recording this. If you're listening to this in the future, I don't know if that will necessarily be a perk, but that's one of the perks right now. And along the lines of the expertise, again, you are going to have women in this group that are in different business models than you.

 And this is one of the things that I have loved in a mastermind, because then I'm able to take experiences from other industries and other types of businesses and see how I can apply them to my business. And that is one of the reasons that I know that I did so well in network marketing, because I studied and I learned from and I collaborated with women who were in all different fields. So I took an idea, for example, from a friend who did real estate and decided to do open houses. I'm putting air quotes around them, but you can't see it open houses of, you know, my products and how to join my team and things like that that people were not doing at that time. And so that's the really cool thing about that expert being in the group, whether it is your coach or the other women who are together with you and overcoming similar challenges you. All right. Number three, reason to join a mastermind. And again, one of my favorites. I mean, they're all my favorite.

Let's be real, but a supportive community. So being a part of a mastermind means that you're joining a tribe of like minded women who believe in your dreams and cheer you on every step of the way. And this is so true. I've experienced this no matter what mastermind that I've been in, no matter what coach was leading it. I mean, the coach does make a big difference with how the community is vibing and the energy and the support and really facilitating that. But and I know because I already know the women who have signed up to be a part of this mastermind for this inaugural launch, they're one of my calling it. I want to I want to say pioneers and is not pioneers. Oh, my gosh. I can't even think of the word. But the first founding founding members, pioneers, where did that even come from? But they are just amazing, incredible women who I have already been working with for some time. And I just know that everyone in this community is going to provide you with support and accountability to help keep you focused, motivated and inspired to conquer your dreams.

In addition to this, there are accountability groups that will be set up and you will have an accountability partner throughout the duration of our time together. It most likely will switch partway through the year so that you can get some fresh perspectives. But that supportive community is everything. The next perk of joining the confident and ambitious mastermind is you're going to have breakthrough collaboration. So the magic of collaboration really unfolds within a mastermind. So there are opportunities to partner with other driven entrepreneurs who are in the group, but also their networks and their innovative ideas that you might not have discovered on your own. So those that collaboration and that networking piece, when you are surrounded by people who are also investing in themselves in their business at the same level you are, is golden. Like I can't even tell you the amazing collaborations and access to other people's networks that I have gotten through masterminds and still to this day, you know, from masterminds that I've been in two or 3 or 4 years ago, my network continues to grow through those referrals and through just knowing and being in the space of some amazing entrepreneurs who are who are serious.

 Like that's the big difference here is I know if you join the confident and ambitious mastermind, you are serious about growing your business. You are serious about becoming confident in all things business related, and you have that ambition to really get to the next level. And the number five perk of the confident and ambitious mastermind and this is going to maybe sound a little cliche, but enhanced confidence and clarity like who doesn't want more confidence and who doesn't want the clarity and those next steps in your business? So working with peers and myself in this mastermind setting is going to foster a deep sense of confidence in your abilities and the clarity to navigate your business decisions with conviction. And I really love that word. When I was coming up with this, I'm like, yes, conviction. Yes. Because, you know, to be that next level CEO, that version of you, you're going to need to develop an unwavering belief in your vision, propelling you toward that greatness that is yours. And so that confidence and clarity that comes with the pieces of the mastermind, with the accountability, with the support, with the coach, me running beside you all the way and cheering you on, and every other member of this mastermind, that's how you're going to get that enhanced clarity and confidence to really attract the clients that you deserve and create that business that you dream about.

I've personally personally, I can't talk today personally witnessed transformation from my clients working with them one on one and in the retreat that I just had and that retreat setting, basically we're taking the business retreat that I just had. And we're we're extending it virtually throughout the year to have that support so that you are able to really take your business to whatever heights you want to, you know, whether it is that you want to have a certain income goal. And I hope you do have an income goal as an entrepreneur because, you know, we're in business to be in business, right? So whether it's a certain income goal, client goal and just purpose, like you just want to transform people's lives, I'm here for it and I'm here for that energy. And I know that the women that I attract are here for that energy as well.
