Hi friend. Welcome to the social selling sisterhood podcast. I am Lindsay Dollinger and I have many titles. High school spanish teacher, dog mom, world traveler and direct seller. I empower women to run your direct sales business is the right way. So you can earn the money, you deserve to live the life of your dreams and travel the world. Now we got that out of the way. Let's get started. Hey girl, hey, welcome back to another episode of the social selling sisterhood podcast. This is Lindsay Dellinger, your host. And if you are not connected with me over on facebook in the social selling sisterhood squad, you can search it and find it. I'll also link it on the show notes. You can find it there. Um, but head on over to connect with me. I'm sent me a facebook friend request follow me on instagram. I would love to get to know more about the people listening and supporting my podcast. Love Love love it. So anyway, today I'm coming to you. This is going to be a super short episode, but I'm coming to you with a challenge. So I heard about this um oh my gosh, I can't even think of the girl, the girl's last name, her name is Sidney, I want to say Sidney smith. Let me see if I can find it really quick on my podcast. Um mm my podcast, What's this called? Yeah, Cydney smith, the real queen City. She is a prove it um, promoter I believe is what they call him, prove it promoter. Anyway, she did a great podcast a few weeks ago. Um something to do with the title 333 I believe it was 333 and I have heard this referred to before. Her up line sponsor is Jesse lee Ward, who you guys know I'm obsessed with. I love her. She has another great podcast um the People's mentor podcast I believe is what it's called and I've heard her talk about this before and she has talked about this with her de mos, her daily method of operations, which you guys can grab a free checklist of those over on my website www dot Lindsay Dollinger dot com. It is right there at the top when you go there. Um but she has talked about for a while that three D mos that she has for her that she does and that she encourages her team to do and she uses the acronym fit, get fit in your business, F I. T. And the F stands for facebook, the eyes instagram and then she is Tiktok and I'm not gonna lie guys, I have done like five Tiktok videos, like the tic tacs and the reels have just not really been my jam. Um I think part of the reason why is my mindset around them because I am a high school teacher. I'm a high school spanish teacher, full time teacher. And you know, immediately when I think of instagram rails or tick tocks, I think of what my students are watching, I think of people dancing, I think of people being silly and goofy and I also think of the fact that, you know, my instagram account is public obviously for business and um my tick tock the same. So I'm like, okay, I make these silly goofy things then my students are going to see them. So I think I've just really had this idea in my mind that those things have been kind of off limits. So anyway, back to why the challenge. So the challenge I'm doing and I'm doing this with a few leaders on my team. Um Also with a group, I recommended it for the mastermind group that I'm in and everyone's like oh my gosh yes let's do it. So I love that. I this is what I do when I have these crazy or not so crazy ideas but I know I'm going to need accountability. I recruit people to get on board with me to do them with me. So I'm not meeting recruit actually like to join my business which we should all be doing that anyway. But I mean like hey friends let's form our own little accountability group to hold each other accountable. Um okay I'm gonna need someone to hold me accountable, so for the month of May um and I'm recording this a little bit before May, even though it's going to drop after I'm recording this, so it's already going on so you guys can check my accounts right now and and see if I'm actually doing it. This is I guess another way to hold myself accountable. Um but the 333 so three facebook post, three instagram posts and three tic tac's a day a day. So I was listening to Sydney is the real queen seeds podcast and she was doing kind of a, she challenged us with her team. I don't think they were doing a month long, I think it was like a week. And then she did another podcast episode where they, it sounded like her team had maybe jumped on a call and they were like sharing what had happened with their accounts and how it went for them to do the 333 and some people shared, you know, one day I only did too um and we're really upfront and honest about that, which I really respect. And then some people were sharing about how, you know, oh my gosh, I got some new customers from this. You know, I really learned, I didn't know how to do that. Like, it was just really cool to hear the feedback from her team. So I was like, okay, well, I have really huge goals for me and my team in May as well. So I'm going to do it. It is something that pushes me out of my comfort zone. It is something that I'm always preaching and if you're not practicing what you preach, then what are you? So, I'm always preaching about being visible and trying new things and doing all the things. So this is what I'm doing. So not only I and I kind of up to the challenge even. So not only are we doing 333 but one of them a day has to be alive. So I believe for Tiktok you have to have 1000 followers before you can go live on Tiktok, I could be wrong about that, but last I heard that was what it was. So I can't go live on Tiktok yet. I have like 100 followers or something crazy crazy low. Um, so my lives are gonna have to be an instagram live or facebook live, which is totally fine. And I did a month long live challenge in july last year. It was really awesome. I had my best month in sales ever. Um, you know, some of my life's were just really silly, but I let people know like, hey, this is a challenge. I'm trying to go live every day and people hold me accountable and it was really fun and they jumped on. So I'm cut out of my mind about that one. Like I'm not too worried about doing a live every day, like that'll be fine. And I also have a, a streaming service I use called One Stream Live where I can actually record videos, pre record them and set them to schedule to post alive, which is kind of cheating, but I feel like it counts, right? We're going to say it counts. So anyway, um, so one of them has to be a facebook life. So I wanted to share that with you all, not only to hold myself accountable, but you could do something like this for you and or your team, right? So this is one of the, this is one example of a fun challenge that I like to do with my team. You know, we do blitzes all the time and different little pushes, but something like this one, it will show you who's really serious about their business, who is okay with getting outside their comfort zone and he really wants to try and to, nothing bad can come from this, right? Nothing bad is going to come from more visibility and more relationships ultimately being built and all of the things, more content being put out there. So I would really encourage you, if you are in a rut, if you are looking for something to challenge you to hold you accountable to grow your business, join us, do the 333 with us, so it's three facebook post, three instagram posts, um, three tic tacs and one live video a day. Um and it only has to be like on one of the platforms and you know what, this is just like super, super huge for you and you're like, oh my gosh, I haven't been posting on any of those. Maybe your challenges a 2 to 2 or even a 111 to get started. Maybe you're going to do 111 this week, every day and the next week you'll do to, to, to, and next week 333 you know, whatever, it doesn't have to be exactly what I say, but doing something like this is an amazing way to grow your business, do something fun, have fun with it, right? Um, dive into your content a little more, get to know your audience a little bit more play around, see which hashtags are working for you, what times a day are better to post? Like there's a lot that can come out of doing something like this. So I would love to hear share with me, send me a message or screenshot this episode. Even stick it up in your stories and let me know. Are you in? Are you going to do this? I want to hear your details. Yes, I'm gonna do this. I'm going to start tomorrow. Yes, I'm doing this. I'm going to do it with my team. We're starting saturday. Let me know. I would love to make this like a movement and then we can all attribute it back to to Sydney and Jesse lee because they're awesome. Alright, friends, We'll have a great day. Let me know if you do this. I'm looking forward to you exploding your social media and head over to mine and make sure that I am doing it and holding myself accountable because that's going to be really embarrassing if this episode drops and I'm not even doing it. All right guys, Talk to you soon. Bye bye.
