Hey there, I'm Lindsay Dollinger

Hi! I’m Lindsay Dollinger: women’s business coach for travel agents, podcast host of the Purpose, Profits and Pixie Dust podcast, high school Spanish teacher, dog mama to Bella, and Disney lover! I live in Mechanicsburg, Ohio (between Columbus and Dayton) with my younger sister and our rescue dog (from Puerto Rico), Bella. I’m obsessed with all things Disney (the parks, movies, studying the business model, and running RunDisney races).

I started in business in network marketing in 2016. I needed an outlet to feel fulfilled after my mom passed away from a nearly 17 year battle with breast cancer in 2015. I quickly found that I was obsessed with helping other women also grow their businesses, and my coaching business very organically grew from my success in my own business and helping others on my team. I also started a podcast in 2020 to share not only my own business advice and tips as I’m on the journey myself, but also to interview other motivational women to share with my audience. Additionally, I have always loved Disney, and one of the most inspirational businesses and brands in the world (in my opinion) is the Disney empire. So I found it was very natural for me to add my Disney branding into my business coaching, podcast, and ways I help my clients grow.

I currently work with women closely in my Confident and Ambitious Mastermind. I am a travel agent and have a team of travel agents.  Additionally, I have a business course, host retreats, have a monthly low-cost membership to support entrepreneurs, and have very limited 1:1 strategy calls to also support women to build their most inspirational businesses and lives.
