Hi friend! Welcome back to The Passports, Profits and Pixie Dust.
I’m Lindsay Dollinger—high school Spanish teacher, dog mom, world traveler, and direct seller turned business mentor. I help women grow their direct sales businesses the right way so they can make money, create freedom, and live the life they dream about.

Today’s topic is one that can change your entire business and personal life if you let it.

It’s about stepping into your next-level self right now—not later, not “when things slow down,” and not “once you hit the rank.”

When a Coach Asked Me This Question, Everything Changed

One of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve ever experienced came from a simple conversation with a coach.

They asked me:

“What’s the level you want to reach in your company?”

I said what all of us say:
“The top rank, obviously!”

Then they asked:

“Okay… how does that version of you act?”

I froze.
Because I had never actually thought about it.

They pushed further:

  • What is her daily routine like?
  • What does she eat?
  • How does she show up?
  • How does she structure her work time?
  • Does she exercise?
  • How much sleep does she get?
  • How does she treat people?
  • How does she handle stress?
  • What does she do that you’re not doing yet?

That conversation cracked something open for me.

Because I realized:

If I wanted to become that version of me…

I had to start acting like her now.

Not once I hit a goal.
Not once I “felt ready.”
Not when life calmed down.


Your Next-Level Self Already Exists — You Just Haven’t Become Her Yet

Think about the next-level version of YOU…

The leader.
The earner.
The top-ranker.
The confident woman who knows exactly who she is.

Now ask yourself:

How does she live?

Not someday.
Not in a fantasy world.
But realistically.

Here are some prompts to help you visualize her:

Your Next-Level Self:

  • What time does she wake up?
  • What time does she go to bed?
  • How does she fuel her body?
  • What’s her relationship with stress?
  • How does she talk to herself?
  • What boundaries does she have?
  • Who does she surround herself with?
  • What does her business routine look like?
  • How does she treat her customers and teammates?
  • What does her confidence feel like?
  • How does she spend her money?
  • What does she say “no” to without guilt?
  • What kind of home, car, and environment does she choose?
  • How does she show up publicly? Privately? Spiritually?

This is the start of manifestation.

Not magical thinking.
Not “wishful hoping.”

Manifestation =
Becoming the person capable of receiving what you want.


The First Change I Made: Fixing My Routine

Once my coach helped me map out “next-level Lindsay,” I immediately saw one giant problem:

I wasn’t sleeping.

My team power hours were running until 9:30 PM.
Then I was messaging people afterward.
Then my brain wouldn’t shut off.
Then I was waking up at 5 AM for my day job.

I was exhausted.
Cranky.
Foggy.
Unfocused.

So if “next-level me” took care of her health, slept well, set boundaries, and wasn’t stretched thin…
I had to change.

I:

  • Adjusted my team hours
  • Added real boundaries
  • Turned off notifications
  • Prioritized sleep
  • Started scheduling workouts
  • Signed up for a meal service
  • Began honoring my physical energy

And the most powerful part?

Those changes made me show up more confidently, more clearly, and more powerfully in my business.

My next-level self wasn’t waiting for me.
She needed me to catch up.


Your Turn: Create Your Next-Level Self Blueprint

Here’s your assignment — and yes, I want you to do it today:

1️⃣ Write down the version of yourself who has already hit your dream rank.

Don’t filter.
Don’t limit.
Don’t shrink.

2️⃣ Ask yourself what ONE change you can make TODAY to act more like her.

Not 20 things.
Just one.

Here are examples:

  • Go to bed 30 minutes earlier
  • Schedule tomorrow’s power hour
  • Drink your water
  • Do a 10-minute workout
  • Start reading personal development
  • Meditate for 5 minutes
  • Turn off notifications
  • Set a business boundary
  • Clean your workspace
  • Do one bold income-producing action
  • Join a coaching program
  • Reach out to an accountability partner

Pick ONE.
Do it today.
Make it non-negotiable.

Tomorrow, pick another.

That’s how you become her.

Not overnight.
But consistently, intentionally, boldly.


Your Next Level Is Already Within You

Here’s what I need you to hear:

You are meant for big things.
You are capable of the next level.
You are allowed to step into that identity NOW.
You do not have to earn the right to be her.
You can begin today—exactly as you are.

And when you do?

Your business changes.
Your relationships change.
Your confidence changes.
Your habits change.
Your income changes.
You change.

Next-level you is waiting.
Go meet her.
