Playing small can be sneaky. I’ve fallen into that trap myself, and here’s how it showed up for me:
1. Not Raising Prices: Fear of losing clients held me back. But really, it’s all about understanding your value.
2. Skipping Launches: Worrying that no one will sign up can paralyze you, but you won’t know until you try.
3. Avoiding Visibility: The dread of judgment isn’t easy to shake off, but being seen is key to growth.
The Confidence Muscle
Here’s the thing about confidence: it’s like a muscle. The more you work on it, the stronger it gets. You might need to let go of people who don’t support your journey, and that can be tough. Believe me, I’ve been there, but your dreams are worth it!
Your Light Helps Others Find You
Playing small doesn’t just limit you; it limits those who might benefit from what you have to offer. When you dim your light, it’s harder for people to find you. Plus, confidence is contagious. Show belief in yourself, and others will believe in you too.

I’ve got three shifts you can make right now to kickstart your confidence journey:
1. The Visibility Stretch: Do something bold this week. Go live, pitch a collaboration, share your story.
2. Upgrade Your Environment: Surround yourself with people who lift you higher. Engage with inspiring podcasts, join a mastermind, or simply curate your social media feed to be a source of positivity.
3. Celebrate Proof: Recognize your wins—big or small. Write down three daily wins. This builds confidence and helps you see your own worthiness.
Visualization: Your Secret Weapon
Imagine your future self, a year from now, confidently living your dream life. Visualize the details, the people, the environment. This can change your mindset like nothing else, and remember—the empowered version of you is waiting.
