How to Run a Simple, High-Impact Monthly Blitz for Your Direct Sales Business (With or Without a Team!)

Hi, friend!
Welcome back to the Passports, Profits and Pixie Dust Podcast. I’m Lindsay Dollinger—high school Spanish teacher, dog mom, world traveler, and direct seller who helps women build their businesses the right way so they can earn the money they deserve and live their dream lives (with lots of travel sprinkled in!).

Today’s episode was recorded on a cozy Ohio snow day—one of those unexpected pockets of time I love using to pour value into you and your business. ❄️

Before we dive in, a quick favor: if you’re listening to this on the podcast, screenshot it, post to your stories, and tag me (@LindsayDollinger on Instagram and Facebook!). Your shares help me reach and support more women in direct sales. And if you haven’t yet left a 5-star rating and review, you can do that right inside Apple Podcasts—it helps more than you know!

Alright, let’s get into today’s topic:
👉 How to run a simple, structured, wildly productive monthly blitz—whether you have a team or you’re building solo.

Why a Monthly Blitz Works (and Why My Old Way Didn’t 🤣)

You’ve probably heard leaders talk about “blitzes”—short periods of super-focused action. Fraser Brooks does them. Rob Sperry does them. Lots of companies do them. And everyone has their own twist.

A while back, I ran a full month-long blitz with my team… and here’s the truth:

⭐ Most of my team fizzled out halfway through.
⭐ I fizzled out too.

A whole month of go-go-go can be a lot.

So this time, I’m running a simpler, cleaner, Monday–Friday blitz each week during the month—with a new theme each week. No overcomplicating. No burnout. No confusion.

It’s easy.
It’s duplicatable.
And it works for teams and for solo builders.

Here’s how it’s structured:

✨ WEEK 1: Booking Blitz (Monday–Friday)

Whether your company is party-plan like mine or not, you always need new eyes on your product.

For my team, that means booking:

  • parties
  • events
  • drops
  • shopping links
  • vendor events
  • anything that brings in NEW leads

Inside my team space, I post:

✔ daily motivation
✔ booking tips
✔ trainings
✔ scripts/idea prompts
✔ a thread to share wins

On Friday, we celebrate and shout out:

  • most asks
  • most bookings
  • biggest breakthrough

And then—rest on Saturday and Sunday. 🌿

✨ WEEK 2: Recruiting Blitz

This week is dedicated to sponsoring and sharing the opportunity.

We focus on:

✔ an opportunity call
✔ sharing team stories
✔ connecting with prospects
✔ getting in the DMs with intention
✔ following up

I schedule posts with:

  • prompts
  • ideas
  • questions to help teammates share their story
  • Google Docs with scripts and examples (but not copy/paste spammy ones!)

Again, we’re not ONLY recruiting this week, but it’s the #1 focus for our daily power hour.

✨ WEEK 3: Sales Blitz

We’re in a business—sales matter. This week is all about driving volume in a fun, creative, and non-spammy way.

I share:

✔ a “15 ways to make $300 in 24 hours” doc
✔ a list of sales ideas
✔ examples of themed posts or flash parties
✔ reminders for follow-ups

Leaders and team members share their favorite strategies too, which builds credibility and community inside the group.

✨ WEEK 4: Connection Blitz

This might be the most important week of all.

Because without connections?
There are no sales, no bookings, no recruits… no business.

This week we focus on:

✔ adding new friends/followers
✔ reconnecting with cold leads
✔ sending genuine “hello” messages
✔ commenting and engaging
✔ providing value
✔ building REAL relationships

And NO—this is not the week to pitch or sell.
This is 100% about:

✨ authenticity
✨ relationship-building
✨ reconnecting
✨ showing up as a human

These love-bomb messages matter. They plant seeds. They open doors. They re-engage your audience. They help people see you, not just your product.

Why This Blitz Works So Well

Here’s what makes this approach so duplicatable and sustainable:

1. It’s simple.

One theme per week.
One clear focus.
No running five directions at once.

2. It builds the four core pillars of direct sales:

  • bookings
  • sponsoring
  • sales
  • connections

You can’t skip any of these and still grow.

3. It improves team culture.

When you celebrate every win—even tiny ones—your team feels seen.
They feel supported.
They feel part of something bigger.

That creates buy-in, which creates momentum, which creates duplicate-able success.

4. It works even if you’re solo.

No team?
No problem.

This becomes YOUR accountability system for the month.

Tips If You Want to Run Your Own Blitz

Whether you have 1 teammate or 100:

✔ Keep it SIMPLE
✔ Don’t give everything a point value
✔ Don’t require participation
✔ Encourage community sharing
✔ Celebrate every win
✔ Launch each week with a clear Monday post
✔ Ask leaders to contribute ideas
✔ Make it FUN

And if your team doesn’t already have something like this?

👉 Start it for your own personal business.
👉 Or run a smaller version with your frontline leaders.
👉 Or launch a “Leadership Blitz” for your upcoming rank-ups.

This system works in ANY size organization.
