If you’ve been around here for a while, you know this is one of my favorite episodes (and blog posts) to create every single year.
I don’t believe in pressure-filled “new year, new you” energy — but I do believe in the power of pausing, reflecting, and intentionally deciding how you want your life and business to feel moving forward.
This year, instead of talking about traditional goal setting, I’m planning 2026 through five core focus areas. These aren’t to-do lists. They’re anchors. They guide decisions, simplify priorities, and help me create growth without burnout.
So if you’re someone who pivots (hi, same), wants more ease, and is ready to build a business that actually supports your life — this is for you.

Why I’m Planning 2026 Differently
Before we talk strategy, we have to talk energy.
I refuse to plan from:
- Hustle
- Burnout
- Comparison
- Pressure
Instead, I plan from alignment.
Rather than asking “How can I do more next year?” I ask:
- What worked this year?
- What felt heavy or draining?
- What brought me the most growth, income, and joy?
- Who do I need to become to support my next level?
Your best year doesn’t come from adding more.
It comes from focusing better.
My 5 Focus Areas for 2026
1. Marketing That Builds Trust (Not Just Visibility)
Marketing is non-negotiable if you want a real business — not a hobby.
But in 2026, my focus is not marketing louder or chasing trends. It’s about:
- Clear, consistent messaging
- Relationship-driven content
- Trust-building storytelling
- Showing up intentionally instead of sporadically
People don’t buy because you post more.
They buy because they feel seen, understood, and confident in you.
I’m combining smarter systems (hello, repurposing and automation) with more heart-led messaging. Marketing doesn’t need to be exhausting — it needs to be aligned.
2. Offer Alignment That Supports My Life
As we grow, the offers that once made sense can start to feel:
- Energetically draining
- Logistically messy
- Financially misaligned
In 2026, I’m refining instead of constantly creating.
I’m asking:
- Does this offer excite me?
- Does it solve a problem my people know they want solved?
- Does it fit the season of life I’m in right now?
Aligned offers make everything easier — sales, delivery, energy, and income.
3. Activation Events That Create Momentum
Activation events are one of my favorite things to host — and one of the most powerful tools in business.
These are intentional experiences (virtual or in-person) that:
- Spark belief
- Create clarity
- Build connection
- Move people into action
In 2026, I’m leaning even more into low-cost, high-value paid events. Why?
- The same people show up to free and paid events
- A small investment increases commitment
- Getting paid for your time matters
Activation events aren’t about hype — they’re about experience. And once someone feels what’s possible, everything shifts.
4. Scaling My Travel Business (Big News 👀)
This is the first time I’m officially sharing this publicly…
In 2026, I’m planning to open my own travel agency — building a team of independent contractors that I can mentor, support, and grow with.
This decision has been years in the making:
- Wanting more freedom and ownership
- Wanting to offer better training and systems
- Wanting to combine my business coaching skills with travel leadership
Scaling isn’t about doing everything myself.
It’s about creating systems, structure, and support so the business can grow without burning me out.
This focus is about sustainability, leadership, and building something bigger than just me.
5. Health, Energy & Longevity
None of the business goals matter if I don’t feel good in my body.
After injuries, setbacks, and seasons of pushing through, 2026 is about:
- Moving my body consistently
- Strength training for longevity
- Supporting my energy with nutrition and supplements
- Managing stress intentionally
- Creating routines that prevent burnout
Your business should enhance your life — not cost you your wellbeing.
Your Turn: How to Plan Your Best Year Yet
You don’t need 20 goals.
You need 3–5 focus areas that move everything forward.
Ask yourself:
- What areas would make the biggest difference in my life and business?
- What needs refinement instead of expansion?
- Who do I need to become to support my next level?
Your next level isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters most.
