The 3–3–3 Visibility Challenge That Can Explode Your Direct Sales Business

The Challenge I Heard… and Couldn’t Ignore
A while back, I listened to a podcast from Cydney Smith (The Real Queen Sid—she’s with Prüvit and she’s amazing). She talked about a simple challenge her team was doing:
The 3–3–3 Challenge.
It’s something her upline, the legendary Jesse Lee Ward (yes, I’m obsessed with her too), has talked about in relation to daily DMO’s.
The idea is simple:
👉 3 Facebook posts per day
👉 3 Instagram posts per day
👉 3 TikToks per day
Every. Single. Day.
Now, listen…
Your girl here is NOT a TikTok queen. 😂
I’ve done maybe five TikToks in my life.
And yes, as a high school Spanish teacher, my immediate fear was:
“My students are 100% going to see this.”
Plus TikTok and Reels still felt a little… intimidating. Silly. Cringey.
And for a long time, I let that hold me back.
But after hearing Cydney’s podcast—and then hearing her team share how it went for them—I had that gut feeling:
“Okay… I need to do this.”
So I Jumped In… and I Brought Friends With Me
Because accountability matters, right?
I immediately:
✔️ told a group of leaders on my team
✔️ told my mastermind
✔️ told pretty much anyone in my space who would listen
…because I knew if I said it out loud, my butt was on the line. 😂
And here’s the twist:
I added one livestream per day on top of the 3–3–3.
Yep.
One Facebook Live or Instagram Live daily (since TikTok won’t let you go live until you have at least 1,000 followers).
And since I have a streaming tool (One Stream Live), I can even pre-record videos and schedule them as lives… which I’m totally counting as “live.” #LoopholeQueen
Why I’m Doing It (and Why You Should Too)
Because here’s the truth:
✨ Visibility = Opportunity
✨ Opportunity = Connections
✨ Connections = Customers + teammates + growth
And nothing bad has ever come from:
- Showing up more
- Adding more value
- Getting in front of more eyeballs
- Expanding your comfort zone
- Testing content to see what resonates
Plus, if I’m always preaching visibility, consistency, and trying new things…
then I need to be doing them too.
Leaders lead by example.

(3 posts on each platform + 1 live daily)
The important thing isn’t perfection.
It’s momentum.
It’s visibility.
It’s consistency.
And trust me, your creativity will explode when you’re posting this much.
Your confidence will skyrocket.
Your engagement will increase.
You’ll learn SO much about what your audience actually responds to.
