Today, I’m excited to share with you my foolproof way to map out the next 90 days in your business. Whether you’re in the thick of Q4 or planning for the warmer months, this guide is packed with actionable insights that align perfectly with my love for Disney.

Grab your metaphorical park map (or your planner, if you’re more practical) and let’s transform it into a roadmap for profit. Think of it as combining the magic of Disney trip planning with the nitty-gritty of business strategy.

Step 1: Choose Your Destination

Much like planning a trip to your favorite Disney park, your business journey should start with setting one to three big goals for the next 90 days. Maybe it’s an income milestone, expanding your client roster, or launching a new product. Pick goals that excite you and feel impactful.

Step 2: Plot the Must-Dos

In Disney, you wouldn’t skip Space Mountain or a meet-and-greet with Mickey, right? Similarly, in business, identify the key actions that drive you toward your goals. This could be anything from launching a marketing campaign to networking events for strong client relationships.

Step 3: Avoid the Long Lines

The secret to enjoying Disney—and your business life—lies in avoiding the long lines. Automate repetitive tasks, delegate where possible, and use tools that offer efficiency. This step is all about working smarter, not harder, and ensuring you’re focused on high-return activities.

Step 4: Build in the Breaks

Let’s face it: no one survives a 14-hour day at Disney without a good break. Your business should allow for the same. Schedule CEO days for focused work, but also make time for rest and inspiration. Whether it’s a nap, a leisurely lunch, or simply not checking your phone obsessively, these breaks are essential.

Step 5: Capture the Magic

Don’t forget to celebrate the journey. Track your metrics, celebrate your wins, and reflect on what worked. Acknowledge the gains—like that first follower or a successful launch—and make tweaks where necessary. Remember, your roadmap is a living document, adaptable and flexibly guiding you towards success.

A business without a plan is like a trip without a map. So, grab that planner and let’s craft your strategy for the next 90 days. If you’re looking for more structured guidance, join us inside the Social Sales Studio, where content ideas and automation tools await to seamlessly fit into your plan.

Let’s make this quarter the most magical one yet. Go out there and create and own your magic.
